W3 SMS provides bulk SMS, OTP SMS, transactional SMS, promotional SMS and related communication services for businesses, organizations and individuals across Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Each user is responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
SMS Usage Policy
Our SMS services must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. You agree to use our services only for legitimate purposes and not for spam, fraud, harassment or any illegal activity.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use W3 SMS for any of the following activities:
- Illegal, abusive, hateful or misleading content
- Sending unsolicited messages (spam)
- Impersonating any person or organization
- Distributing malware, phishing links or harmful content
- Any activity that violates the laws of Bangladesh

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Delivery depends on mobile operators and networks outside our control, so a message can be delayed or fail for reasons on the operator side. We may carry out maintenance and will announce it where we can.

You are responsible for having the right to message the numbers you send to, and for handling your recipients' data lawfully.
